01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

Nestled in the heart of Taman Sri Hartamas at Antee Cafe, this charming eatery offers a delightful fusion of local and western flavors designed to please diverse palates. From the moment you step into the cozy, laidback environment, you’re welcomed by a tropical vibe that instantly puts you at ease—perfect for a casual brunch, light lunch, or relaxed coffee break.

Antee’s menu showcases a broad spectrum of appetizing dishes, ranging from comforting local favorites like Satay Chicken Chop with Rice to fresh, wholesome options such as their much-praised avocado toast. The avocado toast, described by one satisfied guest as “fresh and flavorful,” epitomizes the cafe’s commitment to quality ingredients and balanced flavors. For those who appreciate variety, the menu also includes pastas, seafood, hearty salads, and classic noodle and rice dishes, ensuring there’s something to satisfy both adventurous and comfort-food seekers.

Dessert lovers may find some mixed experiences, as availability varies—one visitor mentioned the burnt cheesecake and banana pancake they tried, which, despite minor imperfections, delivered a pleasant end to their meal. The inviting atmosphere is enhanced by attentive and friendly service, fostering a welcoming ambiance that encourages lingering and savoring every bite.

However, a small note on comfort—while the setting is overall cozy, there’s feedback regarding the use of mosquito coils near seating areas, which could disrupt the otherwise perfect experience. The team’s responsiveness to such details will only add to the charm of this tropical haven.

In summary, Antee Cafe is a hidden gem in Kuala Lumpur’s vibrant food scene—a spot where the flavors are as inviting as the ambiance. Whether you’re craving a taste of local comfort food or a refreshing western-style dish, Antee invites you to relax, indulge, and enjoy the harmonious blend of tastes and textures that make it a favorite among locals and visitors alike.

Came here for desserts, unfortunately almost everything listed as "recommended" on their menu is not available. We ended up with burnt cheese cake and banana pancake. Overall taste pretty good

I love this place because of its laidback atmosphere, tropical vibe and the price is fair for what you get. The food is awesome and they had a good variety of drinks as well. I mostly go for their local selection but western food is also available. It's a great spot!

First time here. Opened the menu and bamm ... there it was: Satay Chicken Chop and Rice. Just couldn't resist ordering it. Enjoyed it and the relaxed atmosphere. Good service and friendly staff. Much more to choose from in the menu, ranging from pastas, seafood, salads, local noodle and rice dishes, and a variety of beverages.

Love the food there But the service is really poor, i hope they will do something about it Only 1 table on Saturday morning, they forgot 1 drink and 1 food. Servers doesn't inform customers which food is which and literally just leave it on the table and walk away. 1 nice man came and apologize to us, about the missing food. Really love the food, but hope they have more training for the floor staffs.
